ThinkGold

The ThinkGold program is designed to provide the highest level of availability and performance to a client's network. Our primary emphasis under the ThinkGold program is total network management. A key factor in achieving this goal is including the costs of total systems management into the program. ThinkGold program pricing level includes the cost of comprehensive system preventative maintenance tasks on all servers, workstations and network devices. This program also includes the cost of most routine network tasks such as adding new users, setting up new printers, changing basic network configurations, managing and verifying data backups, hardware and software inventory tasks, Serial number and warranty tracking, network configuration and password tracking and documentation, Antivirus monitoring and management, and *unlimited help desk access for your staff for basic issues. This program is most appropriate for businesses that rely heavily on their desktop environment and the productivity of their staff to generate business revenue.

ThinkSilver

The ThinkSilver program is our mid-level managed services program and is designed to provide the highest level of availability and performance on select key network elements. The emphasis under this program is on performance and capacity monitoring and optimization of network servers and network equipment only. Our ThinkSilver package level is most appropriate for clients who rely the most on the network server and internet/VPN connectivity for day to day operations and a high level of workstation performance or employee productivity is not a key factor in generating revenue. These clients can easily tolerate workstation downtime of 2-4 days. This package does include one hour of time allocated for routine help desk activities or reactive support. Clients also have the option of purchasing an optional add on to the ThinkSilver package of up to two hours of additional time for help desk assistance at a reduced rate of $90 per hour.

ThinkBronze

The ThinkBronze program is our entry level service contract program and is designed to provide basic monitoring to allow for faster resolution to IT related issues. This program includes limited system monitoring on workstations and servers and preventative maintenance tasks on the server only. Emphasis on this program is to monitor basic network connectivity and antivirus status on the server, and basic network connectivity on workstations. ThinkBronze is most appropriate for those clients who wish to have a team of experts who have intimate knowledge of their network infrastructure and are guiding the growth and direction of their IT systems. These clients also want to be alleviated of the burden of tracking and managing all of their network configuration parameters but whose budget or needs for maintaining a higher degree of performance and stability are lower. Tolerance for workstation and server down time should be 3 to 5 days at this contract level.
